Pitti Immagine, the organizer of various fashion-related trade shows in Florence, is adding a new service, Pitti Studios, providing a new communication platform for exhibitors. They can have their new product releases photographed or filmed by the Pitti team. The customized images and film recordings can be integrated into a sophisticated digital platform, Pitti Connect. They can also be used for advertising or story-telling on corporate websites, social media and any other communication channels chosen by the brands for their own communication programs. Pitti Immagine will be the first major trade fair company in Europe to hold purely physical fashion fairs again at the end of June. The Pitti Filati yarn fair will be held from June 28 to 30. It will be followed on June 30 by Pitti Uomo, an international men’s fashion fair that usually accommodates some men’s footwear and some sports brands, and Pitti Bimbo, a children’s wear fair. Both Pitti Uomo and Pitti Bimbo will run until July 2. As of a few days ago, some 315 exhibitors had registered for Pitti Uomo, which is celebrating its 100th anniversity. They include brands such as Boemos, Camper, Clarks Originals, Colmar Originals, Crocs, Dolomite, Faguo, Hoka One One, Lotto, Munich X, N’Go, Pantofola d’Oro 1886, Paraboot, Save the Duck and Teva. Most of them have already posted some contents on Pitti Connect.
