Umbro is launching a limited line of digital collectibles: ten virtual kits that draw from the brand’s back catalog. The so-called Nations’ Collection consists of standalone collections for England and Brazil and fusion shirts inspired by designs for France, Germany, Mexico, Spain and the U.S.

The kits were developed by AcidFC, which specializes in football designs and was engaged by Umbro’s direct partner in the venture, the web3 company Equitbl. Meanwhile, Equibl’s web3 platform, Dnizn, will serve both as the marketplace and as storage for the digital kits. Buyers won’t need to set up a third-party non-custodial wallet. Equitbl will be launching a secondary marketplace for trades early next year.

The collection’s activation will offer physical and digital giveaways through competitions and quizzes. Pre-registration for begins on Oct. 25.
