A class action lawsuit, covering shareholders who acquired stock between Aug. 27, 2015 and March 7, 2016, has been filed against Performance Sports Group (PSG) after the company announced it would miss its most recent earnings forecast. PSG is accused of making false statements about the health of its business amid high-profile bankruptcy filings by its customers, Sports Authority and Team Express, two leading sporting goods retailers in the U.S. PSG announced on March 22 that Kevin Davis, PSG's chief executive, will leave the company and Amir Rosenthal, president of PSG, has been appointed interim chief executive.
