A Shanghai court has fined two Chinese shoe manufacturers and Auchan to pay a total of 350,000 renmimbi (€33,900-$46,178) in damages to Nike for copyright infringement. The shoe companies were manufacturing models bearing a logo of Michael Jordan slam-dunking. Auchan was assessed a fine of 160,000 renmimbi for selling the counterfeit models in three of its supermarkets in Shanghai.
