A Thai investment firm, Triple D Corporation, has acquired Surf Technicians, also known as Surftech, and offered to buy another producer of surf and stand-up paddle boards, Global Surf Industries (GSI). It has already announced a deal for the takeover of NSO, an Australian brand of GSI. Through an affiliate in Singapore, Triple D already manages Surfers Ink, Sunset Surfboards and other action sports brands.
