A woman is suing Fila over its Body Toning System workout apparel, saying that its claims that the clothes increase muscle effort by 50 percent and helps muscles work more efficiently are false. Bertha Castaneda said she would not have bought the gear if she had known these claims were false. Fila says that the compression fabric in the Body Toning System provides 41 percent more support for muscles, which improves their performance.
