Abom is partnering with Essilor Prescription Safety Eyewear to provide an anti-fog goggle with an RX solution for the user. Based in Portland, Oregon, Abom claims to be the first company in the world to have developed a heated anti-fogging goggle with integrated rechargeable batteries. It is now proposing to supply a new HEET RX generation of goggles with integrated prescription lenses for military, tactical and industrial safety applications as well as the snow sports market. It says the goggle will last up to six hours in the Always-On mode and up to over a week in the on-demand mode, providing completely fog-free optics even below freezing conditions
