AC Milan has announced the launch of an official flagship store on Tmall, the largest online retail platform in China, part of the Alibaba Group. It will be the sixth e-commerce store of the football club in China, a country in which AC Milan boasts more than 146 million fans. The club has a strong digital and physical presence in the Chinese market. Besides its multiple fan clubs across the country, it has an international office in Shanghai and runs an international AC Milan Academy project in Shenzhen. It is also active on eight Chinese social media platforms. Through the Tmall mobile platform or via the dedicated website, the club’s fans will be able to purchase official AC Milan merchandise, including items developed with official partners.
