Activinstinct, the British internet retailer of action and performance sports products, expects that it will generate as much revenue outside the U.K. as in its domestic market within the next 12 to 18 months. The company has just launched its online store in Germany. It is its second move on the continent this year after opening a web shop for French consumers. In its last fiscal year, ended Aug. 31, the company reached a turnover of £11 million (€12.6m-$17.0m), which marked an increase of 33 percent compared with the previous year. The first quarter of the new financial year showed an increase of 57 percent, and the company is now forecasting growth of 40 percent in sales and 70 percent in profits for the full year.
