Adidas America plans to expand the capacity of its campus in Portland, Oregon in the next three years to accommodate up to 2,800 people, up from a current level of 2,700, says the Oregonian. Mark King, chief executive of Adidas America, also told the newspaper that the Big a wants to raise its share of the U.S. market from 9 percent to 15 percent, reaching eventually 20 percent at some point. The company estimates that it has about 10 percent of U.S. athletes under contract and would like to double that.
