Adidas appoints new head of retail

Adidas has announced via LinkedIn that the appointment of Andrea Dorigo as senior vice president of global retail will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2023. Dorigo is currently Estée Lauder’s global retail and commercial director for North America. Prior to joining Estée Lauder in 2018, he was the CEO of Pirch and also served as CEO of Oakley, as we reported at the time. Furthermore, Dorigo has served as president of the American division of the Brooks Brothers group. At Adidas, he will oversee the strategy and activities of the brand’s 2,500 stores worldwide.
