Adidas Basketball has unveiled The 2023 Collection: Chapter 01, the first in a series of premium offerings from the brand embedded in its “Remember the Why” ethos of “demonstrating the art of reduction through bold simplicity and intentional design.” The 2023 Collection: Chapter 01 features a range of luxury sportswear in a muted color palette for the modern athlete, focusing entirely on form and function “while delivering on a style versatility.”
The collection debuted in Adidas Basketball’s latest film, titled Chapter 01: “Remember The Why,” which was released worldwide on Nov. 21, produced by creative agency Johannes Leonardo. The film is rooted in basketball culture and serves as a call to focus on the game itself. It follows an unknown basketball player through all the distractions of success until he finds ultimate peace on a deserted court where it’s just him, the ball and a hoop.
