Adidas has signed sponsorship deals with five of the projected top picks in the upcoming NBA draft: Brandon Ingram, Jaylen Brown, Jamal Murray, Dragan Bender and Kris Dunn. The German brand says they will help it to develop the world's best basketball gear. They will be featured in brand campaigns, activations and global tours. For its part, Nike is said to have signed a deal with at least two other predicted top picks: Ben Simmons, rated as the likeliest winner of the contest for the next draft, and Buddy Hield. Separately, Shock Doctor has announced a multi-year partnership with the NBA to promote the adoption of mouthguards by basketball players at all levels of the game.
