Adidas is launching Standard 19, a new premium training collection for young urban consumers, which marks the return of the German brand in the premium sportswear niche just over a year after it discontinued SLVR. The new line is made up of materials including polyester, elasthane and merino wool. Climacool, Climaproof, Climastorm and Techfit technologies will be featured in the collection, whose aim is to switch from urban to sporting activities. The first men and women's line for this autumn/winter season consists of 32 pieces including hooded jackets and sweatshirts, trousers, shorts, merino wool top layers, primeknit leggings and a parka for men and women. The collection also includes an Adizero XT Boost shoe, designed for outdoor trail-running. The Standard 19 line will be available starting August 1 at the brand's performance stores and own e-commerce as well as at sports retailers worldwide and high-end department stores.
