Adidas Originals has opened the first store under its new “Neighborhood” concept in Berlin. Five others are due to come on stream this year in London, Shanghai, Seoul, Moscow, New York and Paris. Adidas Original's symbol, the Trefoil, has been reinvented for the occasion. Each store is supposed to be rooted in the culture of the surrounding neighborhood. Imagery from the surrounding streets has been printed on the upper of an Adidas Originals shoes in the connection with the inauguration of the Berlin store.
