Adidas says it has launched a new “employer branding campaign” as part of recruitment efforts aimed at strengthening its in-house digital expertise and talent. It is looking in particular for software engineers. The campaign follows the creation of more than 200 new positions at the end of 2017 in the areas of digital IT and digital brand commerce. They will be stationed in Herzogenaurach, Amsterdam and Zaragoza. Adidas has created various other positions to establish new digital capabilities and help the brand to increase speed, reach higher levels of personalization of its products and drive direct sales through its e-commerce platform.
