Allbirds reported in a regulatory filing that it has entered into an amendment credit agreement with its lender, JPMorgan Chase, that increases the committed amount from $40 million to $50 million. In addition, the amended terms include an increase in the uncommitted additional borrowing capacity from $35 million to $50 million, a 0.50 percent increase in the interest margin and an extension of the maturity date from Feb. 20, 2024, to April 17, 2026.
