Andrew Vara, the trustee appointed to oversee the bankruptcy of Quiksilver in the U.S., has appointed a committee to represent the company's unsecured creditors in the court hearings due to be held next week. They are Justin Shearer from Global Corporate Trust Services, Baily Dent of New Generation Advisors, Ian Im from Samil Tong Sang Co., Ronald Tucker with Simon Property Group and Martin Leder for Global Brands Group.
