At the end of 2021, the ANWR Group divested its 25.1 percent stake in in the German Bico Zweirad Marketing buying group by mutual agreement, turning the Schutz- und Beteiligungsgemeinschaft der Bico-Händler cooperative of bike dealers into its sole shareholder. ANWR, which is also the parent company of the Sport 2000 organizations in Germany, Switzerland and the Benelux countries, will remain a partner of Bico for its centralized settlements through its DZB Bank. On the other hand, Outdoor-Profis, an umbrella organization for the outdoor specialist retailers affiliated with Sport 2000, became its wholly-owned subsidiary in the middle of 2021.
