Arc'teryx is opening in London its first stand-alone store in Europe, in partnership with the British Snow+Rock chain. The new door will be located at the St Martin's Courtyard, in London's Covent Garden, a stylish shopping and dining destination, not far from the existing Snow+Rock's store in Mercer Street. The shop is to be inaugurated in August, in time for the autumn/winter season, and will offer a comprehensive range of products covering ski touring, mountaineering, alpine climbing and hiking. Arc'teryx, with its head office and manufacturing and distribution facilities in Canada, has a store in Montreal as well as a factory outlet store in North Vancouver. Outside its home country, it has two stores in Korea and Tokyo and one in Singapore. It also has a dedicated space in a store in Zurich, Switzerland. Snow+Rock has 22 stores all over the U.K., including two real snow venues and two boutique stores in partnership with The North Face. The British company also owns the specialist bike store Cycle Surgery and a running specialist, Runners Need.
