Arena has affiliated itself with the Fair Labor Association in an effort to help improve labor conditions worldwide. The Fair Labor Association was formed in 1999, with a goal of wiping out sweatshops and protecting workers' rights. Other companies that are part of the group include Adidas, Asics, Nike and Puma.
