As a group, Fila Korea saw its consolidated net earnings decline by 65 percent to 108.1 billion won (€82.2m-$101.6m) last year as sales jumped by 169 percent to KRW 2,530 billion (€1.9bn-$2.4bn) because of the integration of Acushnet's results. As a stand-alone operation, Fila booked net income of KRW 34.7 billion (€26.4m-$32.6m) for the year, up from KRW 28.1 billion, as revenues rose to KRW 684.1 billion (€520.2m-$642.7m) from KRW 660.4 billion. The revenues include those from its wholly owned operations in Korea and the U.S. and from its 15 percent owned joint venture with Anta in China. They also include royalties on licenses in Europe and elsewhere, which rose by 9 percent to KRW 36.9 billion (€28.1m-$34.7m). Sales declined slightly in the U.S., where the brand is trading up, but rose by 12 percent in Korea.
