As part of its efforts to diversify its sourcing capacity in South East Asia, Quiksilver has opened a new office in Jakarta. The company said that the facility would enable it to better support and expand its retail operations in the region. It should host Quiksilver design, sales, marketing and retail operations staff for Java and western Indonesia, along with employees from Quiksilver's Asian sourcing unit.
