Asics has announced a sponsorship deal with Zhang Shuai, China's number one female tennis player. She is currently ranked as the 30th best female player in the world in singles by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA). Zhang made her debut as an Asics-sponsored athlete at the most recent Wimbledon tournament.
