Asics has introduced its new retail concept with the first “True Sport Performance Store” opening on Oct. 31 in the center of Hamburg, close to Mönckebergstrasse, the city's prestigious shopping street. The new store has a selling surface of nearly 1,000 square meters and intends to offer a state-of-the-art shopping experience for runners and other sports enthusiasts. The plan is to present the entire collection that is available in Germany, including gear for running, training, tennis and team sports. Specific features of the retail flagship are a running club and facilities for performance analysis called the “Asics Lab” among others.
