Asics is preparing to open two high-tech stores in Spain in the coming months. The stores in Barcelona and Madrid will both include the latest Running Lab, which boasts the highest level of biomechanical analysis. Another high-tech attraction is the Asics Foot ID service, developed by the Asics Institute of Sport Science in Kobe. Exclusive Asics running clubs will be available at both stores as well. Inaugurated in Amsterdam last year, the retail format earned Asics a prize for best new retail concept.
