BA Sportprodukter, which sells K2 in Sweden, is going through a generation shift. Andreas Håkansta is leaving Interski and Head for BA Sportprodukter. Along with Markus Pupp, he will become responsible for the K2 brand in Sweden. Håkansta and Pupp are gradually buying their way into the company. Björn Andersson, founder of BA Sportprodukter, will remain in the company to assure a smooth transition. BA Sportprodukter is today based in Linköping, but Håkansta and Pupp will search for a new office and showroom in Stockholm. Along with K2, BA Sportprodukter handles Line skis, Full Tilt ski boots, Morrow showboards, and Atlas and Tubbs snow shoes.
