German luxury sports label Bogner announced the opening of its first standalone store in the UK in partnership with the London-based activity company The Bergladen Group.
The five-storey store is located in the heart of London’s Mayfair neighbourhood and a clear sign for Bogner’s international expansion aspirations, having recently opened new locations in New York and Los Angeles following a succession of successful short-term and pop-up stores in both cities. The New York store is located on Madison Avenue in Manhattan, the Los Angeles store on Sunset Strip.
In the USA in particular, Bogner says it has gained a “new image and prestige customers”, while focusing its expansion on “more urban points of sales” and ski resorts.
