The teams of the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 are set. And, just in time for Christmas, Adidas has released the official match ball for next summer’s biggest football show.

The name Konektis, meaning “connected” in the designed international language Esperanto, highlights the exciting opportunities for widespread fan connection of hosting the tournament in eight host cities so close together, Adidas said.

The ball honors the host nation, with bold graphics and emblems celebrating Switzerland’s natural and architectural landscapes. It features striking red, blue, purple, orange and green block patterns against a mother-of-pearl background.

But most of all, Konektis is packed with technical features.

The performance benefits continue under the surface thanks to CTR-Core – a system designed to keep the ball on a consistent trajectory, maintain its shape and retain its air for fast, accurate play – and the integration of Adidas’ Connected Ball Technology for the first time in the tournament.

A suspension system in the center houses and stabilizes a 500Hz Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) motion sensor, providing insight into every element of the ball’s movement. A rechargeable, induction-charging battery powers the sensor.

The technology sends precise data to video match officials in real-time, helping them make faster in-game decisions. Developed with Kinexon, Adidas Connected Ball Technology can also help VAR officials identify every touch of the ball.

Konektis is designed for greater accuracy in play through Precisioncell, a 20-piece panel shape with strategically placed embossed grooves on the ball’s shell.
