New Balance is introducing two football franchise models, the NB Prodigy and the NB Fortress, which were first revealed in April at the 2024 NFL draft in Detroit. The brand said the two models were created based on years of athlete insight and testing at the New Balance Sports Research Lab. According to New Balance, the NB Prodigy and the NB Fortress are the first-ever football cleats produced by the company.
The Prodigy will be worn by Marvin Harrison, Jr., the number four overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft, marking New Balance’s official entry into the league. The Fortress will be worn by Will Anderson Jr. and Chase Young.
