Sizekick, a Munich-based startup specializing in AI-driven size recommendations for online fashion retail, has partnered with Stronger, an activewear brand hailing from Stockholm, Sweden. Sizekick utilizes algorithms to offer tailored size recommendations based on individual body measurements.
“Our joint objective is to bolster Stronger’s profitability by curbing return rates and amplifying conversion rates, thereby providing customers with a seamless and eco-friendly shopping journey,” stated David Oldeen, co-founder and CEO at Sizekick. Sabrina Leuenberger, CMO at Stronger, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the brand’s commitment to providing personalized size recommendations grounded in individual body metrics. “We anticipate that this AI-powered tool will significantly diminish return rates and the accompanying carbon footprint, aligning with our ambitious environmental objectives.”
Leuenberger also underlined how important it was for Stronger to address the high return rates as both an environmental necessity and a business challenge and pointed out the brand’s intention to reduce these rates. “Incorporating solutions like Sizekick underscores our commitment to conscientious consumption, benefiting both the environment and enhancing customer contentment and loyalty.”
