Bread & Butter will occupy about 20,000 square meters in just three of the seven hangars in Berlin's Templehof Airport for its next session on July 7-9, as only 120 companies took advantage of the early-bird promotion ended on April 15. The organizers have abolished a €500 entrance fees for visitors who are not buyers and announced the dates for the two subsequent shows in 2016: Jan. 19-21 and July 5-7. They said that a new company called Bread & Butter Tradeshow will take over the business with the help of an unnamed private investor. The show will remain in Berlin, where B&B has a contract for use of the airport's premises until 2019, with an option to extend it for a further ten years. To protect exhibitors, who got burnt from the cancellation of last January's fair, their payments will go to a special account until further notice.
