On a constant-currency basis, fitness segment sales were up by 14 percent. Reported operating earnings for the fitness segment were $23.2 million, up from $19.0 million in the second quarter of 2014. The revenue increase for the segment was driven by growth in the U.S. at health clubs and of hospitality customers, as well as sales growth in international markets, especially Europe. International sales accounted for half of the segment sales in the quarter. The segment's operating profit was boosted by higher sales, partially offset by an unfavorable impact from foreign exchange.
