Callaway Golf Company, the owner of the Callaway, Odyssey, Ogio, Topgolf, Jack Wolfskin and TravisMathew brands, has published its sustainability report 2021 to summarize the group’s global sustainability program across all brands’ corporate offices, facilities and global operations. As part of its ambition to drive improvement throughout operations and supply chain, Callaway established an international sustainability program in 2019 to lead the group’s sustainability strategy in the future, part of which is a bi-annual sustainability report to improve transparency in its business. In 2021, Callaway conducted its first company-wide materiality assessment referencing the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards to determine the environmental and social sustainability topics of greatest importance to its business. The analysis identified 15 key environmental and social issues that are perceived to have the most significant impact on Callaway’s business and stakeholders. They range from climate change, waste and recycling, labor practices, human rights, and employee engagement to health issues. The 66 pages Callaway Golf sustainability report 2021 is available here.
