Canada Goose Holdings Inc. announced that Neil Bowden, currently deputy chief financial officer, has been appointed CFO. He will replace Jonathan Sinclair, who in turn has been appointed President APAC. Both changes will be effective April 1, 2024.

Bowden currently leads Canada Goose’s global finance team and has been with the luxury brand for more than seven years. He played a key role during the IPO and was instrumental in building our finance capabilities by leading the transformation of the finance department from a private to a public company. Prior to joining Canada Goose, he spent more than a decade at KPMG in Toronto and Chicago, auditing public companies in the consumer markets practice.

Sinclair has an extensive background in luxury retail with more than 20 years of global financial and operational experience, having served as Chief Operating Officer at Jimmy Choo and Vertu. Over the past five years at Canada Goose, he has led finance and a number of other functions through an incredible period of change and growth.

In addition, Larry Li, the current President of Mainland China, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer APAC, effective Jan. 1, 2024. Li has more than 20 years of experience leading global luxury brands in APAC and has led a period of significant expansion and growth in China during his tenure at Canada Goose. In his new role, he will expand oversight of our regional retail, marketing and operations teams. The search for a new president for Mainland China is already underway.
