Centric Brands announced an exclusive licensing agreement with Authentic Brands Group (Authentic) to design, manufacture and distribute children’s apparel for Quiksilver, Billabong and Roxy in the US and Canada. Through this agreement, the three board sports apparel brands will join Centric Brands’ diverse kids’ portfolio of premium, industry-leading brands.
Authentic is counting on Centric to leverage its unrivaled experience in children’s apparel to drive category growth and retail distribution for these iconic active lifestyle brands. Core product categories for girls and boys include sportswear, activewear and swimwear while developing brand expansion opportunities through outdoor, surf and skate products.

The first shipment under the agreement will launch in Spring 2024 in the Boys 0-20 and Girls 0-16 size ranges in better department stores, select specialty stores and e-commerce channels.
