“In response to the specific demands of the future,” Elevate Outdoor Collective (EOC) is setting the course for the expansion of its marketing team. As such, Max Anselstetter is taking on the role of director of marketing for the group’s entire brand portfolio (K2 Skis, K2 Snowboards, Marker, Dalbello, Völkl, Ride Snowboards, Line Skis, Backcountry Access, Atlas Snow Shoe Co., Tubbs Snowshoes, Madshus and K2 Skates) in Europe, effective immediately. His responsibilities include restructuring the existing team and increasing headcount with the goal of better understanding outdoor consumers and serving their needs. In his new role, Anselstetter will work closely with Jon Roy, chief marketing officer at the company’s Seattle headquarters in the U.S., who recently joined Elevate Outdoor Collective from Converse.

Changes are also taking place in the sales team at the company’s European office. Andreas Threimer has been appointed commercial director EOC snowboard brands in the sales division. Like his long-time colleague Stefan Stankalla, who recently took over as commercial director EOC ski & boot brands, Threimer can also look back on a very active career. Both report to general manager Peter Kuba, who is the commercial leader of Elevate Outdoor Collective in Europe.
