We had to read twice to make sure it wasn’t April’s Fools Day yet, but Burton Snowboards unveiled a story on March 16 that most of us probably didn’t know about the late Jack Burton: “It could be argued that Jake enjoyed an Underberg on more mountains worldwide than anyone in history. He’d reach the peak, and without fail, dig into his pocket and hand out little bottles of this herbal bitter to each person in his crew. Of course, Jake, always the collector, would ask for all the tops back so he could trade them in for Underberg merchandise.”
