Cherokee Brands, which owns Hi-Tec, posted net income of $63,000 in the third quarter, turning around from a loss of $2.5 million in the same period of last year. Licensing revenues declined by 25 percent to $5.84 million because of the transition of several brands in Cherokee's portfolio to a wholesale licensing model.
