Chip Wilson, who founded Lululemon in 1998 sold shares in the company worth around $211 million between Feb. 12 and 14, according to Bloomberg, but has remained a significant shareholder. It was the first time that he did so since September 2014. Wilson, who resigned as chairman of Lululemon in 2013, said the sale was unrelated to the recent resignation of Laurent Potdevin as chief executive.
