Christian Scheffold, who recently left as regional manager of Skins in Central Europe, has assumed the newly created position of senior consultant at Sport Invest, the German-based executive recruitment company, to oversee its new footwear business field. Scheffold, 46, worked previously for New Balance, Quiksilver and Timberland. Sport Invest continues to be managed by Dietmar Damith and Florian Steinberger. A previous partner, Andy Gugenheimer, has pulled out.
