Cisalfa has introduced a new e-store, developed in partnership with Keros Digital. The upgraded e-store is meant to offer its visitors an easier shopping experience. The Italian sporting goods retailer said it chose Keros' K-Oms platform because this is designed to meet diverse order management needs, including multiple order fulfillment and order fulfillment from stores. The solution uses the two main warehouses and the main points of sale as shipping hubs. These hubs operate in coordination with one another, for a more efficient order fulfillment. The platform is also designed to meet an omnichannel shopping experience. Clients can shop online and choose between home delivery and click-and-collect in one of the 140 Cisalfa stores.
