Clarus Corp. has appointed Kelly Davis as executive vice-president of operations and talent, effective March 26. Davis previously served as a vice-president and general manager of Idex Corp., a diversified engineered products company, where he was responsible for the Trebor and Knight business units. Prior to joining Idex, he served as senior operations lean manager at Ultradent Products, a global dental supply and manufacturing company. He began his career as an independent consultant, helping companies across Utah optimize operations for profitable growth.
