Clarus diversifies into natural skincare

Clarus Corp. has announced the acquisition of the assets of Skinourishment, the parent company of ClimbOn and other skincare brands. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Clarus is the parent company of Black Diamond and Pieps, and it recently bought another company, Sierra Bullets.
