Claude Joseph, a well-known personality in the French sporting goods industry, has passed away at the age of 93. He was for many years the chairman of the French sporting goods industry federation, Fifas, with roles also in the European and world federations, Fesi and WFSGI. Joseph entered the sector as French importer of Marker bindings. He was a co-founder of Skis Dynastar in 1963 and launched the Kerma brand of ski poles in 1970.
