Coincidentally, Cannondale Sports Unlimited and Pearl Izumi have both announced that they are moving into new global headquarters. Cannondale, which is part of Dorel Industries, has a new head office in Wilton, Connecticut, to support the R&D, engineering and marketing operations of its various brands including Cannondale, Schwinn, GT, Mongoose, Ironhorse, Sugoi and the recently acquired Caloi. The 51,000-square-foot facility has many features such as a bike garage, a fitness center, a natural plant wall and an eco roof with solar panels. Pearl Izumi's 55,000-square-foot office of Pearl Izumi in Louisville, Colorado, has eco-friendly features as well. It has a Japanese touch to reflect its heritage.
