Companies in Vietnam's apparel sector are having problems keeping up with an increase in demand. Orders are up by 15 percent over last year, but the workforce is down, especially among small and medium-size businesses. In the first four months of this year, earnings in Vietnam's textile and garment industry grew by 33 percent over 2010 to reach almost $4 billion.
