Cornilleau, the leading table tennis company from France, is launching its products in Asia with an introduction in China. On May 15, Cornilleau held an event introducing journalists to two of its product lines that featured Philippe Gatien, the Olympic medalist in table tennis in 1992 and 2000. Gatien is now a consultant for the brand's competition products. The Target series coating for paddles is one of the products entering the Chinese market. Using innovative, proprietary Spin Drive 3D, Grip Extend and Nex-Tens for the foam, the high-end Target products are designed to provide the highest level of performance and safety in topspins and counter topspins. In addition, the Gatien blades series of paddles will be available in 400 points of sale across the country.
