Cytech has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Pasasport, an Italian manufacturer of gloves and accessories for cycling, running, skiing, sailing and other sectors.
Controlled by PM & Partners and also headquartered in Italy, Cytech is the owner of the Elastic Interface padding brand for cycling shorts and gloves.
Pasasport was founded by the Pasato family in 1973. It is based in Villa Bartolomea, near Verona, and has three production facilities in Italy, Tunisia and Romania. Pasasport specializes in the design and production of clothing accessories for third parties, primarily for the sports segment.
