Peak Ski Company, headquartered in Bozeman, Montana, has contracted growth equity firm Republic Group to launch a crowdfunding initiative “to fuel growth and innovation.”
Peak Ski Company was co-founded in April 2022 by Andy Wirth, the former President and CEO of Squaw Valley Ski Holdings, the parent company of the Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows ski resorts in California, and former US ski racer Bode Miller. The company’s initial offerings were well received by enthusiasts, and the new investment initiative will give them the opportunity to own a portion of the company.
